This is a critical part of the frameCHECK service. The aim of the on-site assessment is to inspect and report on the timber frame elements to ensure that the building is being constructed in accordance with the specification and codes of good practice.
At least three inspections are recommended:
1st inspection - to coincide with the initial panel erection and 1st floor deck assembly
2nd inspection - when the building is weather-tight, with the services installed
3rd inspection - when the internal lining has commenced
On large developments we are happy to discuss and implement a more appropriate inspection regime.
