We can prove the performance of your building systems in the following ways:
- Loading, stiffness and response to vibration on floor specimens up to 3.8 x 5m
- Stiffness and strength of mechanical fasteners including: joist hangers, truss clips and nail plates
- Impact testing of walls and partitions using hard and soft bodies
- Fire resistance testing for floors (load-bearing and non-loadbearing) at full scale (4 x 3m) and small scale (1 x 1m)
- Fire resistance testing of walls and partitions (load-bearing and non-loadbearing) at full scale (3 x 3m) and small scale (1 x 1m)
BM TRADA operates Q-Mark product certification schemes for:
- Engineered wood products, eg I-Joists
- Timber engineering hardware, eg joist hangers
- Building insulated products
