Members of TRADA may, subject to Condition 7 below and provided they comply with these Rules, download an electronic file containing the above logos ("the TRADA Logos") and reproduce either or both of them on their business stationery, promotional materials and website. |

Display of the TRADA Logos denotes that the business or individual is a Member of the Timber Research & Development Association. The fact that the TRADA Logos are displayed does not mean that TRADA is responsible for any act or omission of the Member, or that TRADA endorses or gives any warranty in relation to the Member or any of its products or services. |

Members must not use the TRADA Logos in any way that represents that the Member or its goods and services are endorsed by TRADA, or so as to imply that those goods and services meet any quality standard. Nor may any Member use the TRADA Logos in any way that represents that its goods and services are those of TRADA, or that the Member is associated with TRADA in any way other than as a Member, or so as to bring TRADA into disrepute. |

Members may enlarge or reduce the size of the TRADA Logos provided their wording remains legible. The wording may NOT be changed or omitted. |

Members may reproduce the monochrome TRADA Logo in black or dark blue. Members may reproduce the colour TRADA Logo in Pantone 541 blue and Pantone 138 orange only. Any other variation to either of the TRADA Logos may NOT be made unless the Member has first obtained TRADA's specific written permission. |

As soon as anyone ceases to be a Member of TRADA, or TRADA revokes permission under Condition 7 below, the Member or ex-Member must stop using the TRADA Logos, and must immediately remove them from its business stationery, promotional materials and website. This applies even where specific written permission to use them has been given in the past. |

TRADA reserves the right to withdraw permission to use either or both of the TRADA Logos (or any variation of them) at any time, without providing reasons for its decision, even if specific written permission has been given in the past. |

Only authorised members of BM TRADA Certification Limited schemes may use the old "four trees" logo as part of a certification mark. Its use by TRADA Members has been withdrawn. |
