TRADA Technology is an independent consultancy, research and information company, with over 75 years’ experience in providing technical solutions to the timber and construction industries.

Testing
We provide independent UKAS accredited testing services for a wide range of building materials, products, components and structures used within the timber and construction industry. We test to British, European and International standards to determine the mechanical properties, physical performance and structural behaviour to assist in product development or meet the requirements of third-party certification.

Consultancy
Our technical consultants have extensive knowledge in the specification and use of timber, including regulations and legislations. Our team of consultants comprise across a range of fields including timber frame, joinery and coatings, flooring, structural timber, panel products, cladding and decking and fasteners and connections.

Product Certification
We provide product certification through our UKAS-accredited sister company, BM TRADA Certification. The BM TRADA Q-Mark is regarded as one of the most rigorous certification processes available for timber and construction products.

We believe in sharing our knowledge and do this through regular seminars and training programmes. We provide a range of courses from structural timber design through to designing with Eurocode 5, all of which provide delegates with practical guidance to assist them in future projects.

We have a comprehensive range of experience across the timber and construction industry and can deliver bespoke tailored training courses from our offices in High Wycombe or at a client's premises.
